Vet Trip and Dog Food Scare

Casey and Trixie went to the vet today. Trixie needed all her yearly shots and Casey needed just the Bordetella booster. Of course we talked about the food the dogs were eating and the contaminated food. The vet told me that Alpo had just been listed on the recall list. Arrrgh! I checked the Purina web site. Safe! The canned Alpo I get was not listed. Whew! I then went through all the pet food checking for the wheat gluten. None, all safe! What a relief!
